DAHLZHEN INTERNATIONAL SERVICES, INC., has constantly emphasized the need for monitoring and welfare programs for its deployees.

We constantly conduct trips to the US, United Kingdom, South Korea & Hong Kong to determine the plight of our workers abroad. Just recently the management of DAHLZHEN went to the United Kingdom to check on the situation of our nurses who were deployed to various trusts located in London and Wales. During this time, officers of DAHLZHEN had the chance to check on the nurses and provide moral support. They also visited the nurses who became ill and coordinated with the trust/hospital involved to see to it that they are given the proper medical attention and care.

We have established a branch office in South Korea and in Hong Kong, which constantly monitor the workers. We also have a flat in Hong Kong that serves as one of the shelters which are available to the workers in case of termination due to unavoidable circumstances. The same flat is also used by the workers whenever they have a day-off. Here they have the liberty to spend their time and enjoy themselves.

Locally, we assist our workers during their departure at the airport. We make sure that they get to their destination hassle-free. Our branch office in Iloilo and a Residential House in Las Piñas serve as transient home for applicants who come from far away places. These places provide food and lodging for those in need of a place to stay in case they have to undergo training and/or waiting for their deployment. Some of our foreign employers require additional training especially for skilled and highly skilled workers.

Our office also provides monetary assistance for workers in case of emergencies. DAHLZHEN INTERNATIONAL CO. (Hong Kong) & DAHLZHEN KOREA CO. LTD., provide assistance regarding the procedure of remittances. In some cases, workers can request our office to send the money needed by their families. This service is free of charge.

Post-employment services is also given to our returning workers. They are employed as temporary staff of our office, which allows them to generate extra income, while waiting for their new employer. In some cases, workers who are hired from this post employment program become regular personnel of our company.

DAHLZHEN INTERNATIONAL SERVICES, INC. had provided construction workers of various positions for the Chek Lap Kok International Airport Project in Hong Kong and completion of the Tai Po-Butterfly Valley Aqueduct Project. Our company also deploys nurses to the United Kingdom, hotel workers to the US, factory workers to South Korea, caregivers to Israel, accountants and technicians to Palau. We can provide your company with any kind/category of worker that you may require. Currently, we are exploring other feasible markets that are in need of the service of Filipino workers.
