Posting Regular Employee Reports
SIEMS makes it a point to provide confidential employee reports to vessels to assess the crew’s performance and make reminders wherever and wheneverthey are needed.
HUSBANDING and CHANDLING
SIEMS provides vessel repairs and replenishment, bunkering, provisioning, dry¬docking in providing husbanding jobs. It also assists in providing fresh stocks of food and supplies.
